It has been raining, so the waters are flowing, the air is clear and the rocks are washed clean of sand and dust.
Down in the canyon, my favorite sit-on rock is a bit chilly, as the sun has been often stuck behind clouds for most of the day.

Shoes come off down here. One can enjoy the awareness of being fully naked and grounded. Each rock, the cliff sides and the exposed bedrock granite with the smooth contours, which were produced by millennia of flowing water from occasional rains, are a joy to bare feet. The body celebrates with movements and balance, dancing on the uneven surfaces.

We wander, exploring one step at a time.
While we are about, three young men pass through this part of the channel. They too are barefoot all over. They have left their belongings back downstream, somewhere and just taken off. Like us, they are exploring step by step. They too share the sensual feel of nudity amongst nature, trusting its liberations. I wonder how many have discovered this feast of senses through hundreds of years and returned here for more, as we have, over and over, just to be delighted.
By the hour, we listen to the flow and sit and lie about. We interact with warm rock surfaces and cool rock surfaces.
The sun comes out. It is warm on skin, a pleasant bake, releasing any chills. We stand to face the great star’s white glow in grey and silver clouds, eyes closed, eyes open.
It is Yule time and DF falls into deep contemplation, immersed, until she swishes off the things that no longer suit her in her life with her hands. That energy is disregarded, returned into the Earth. She feels, cleansed.

I take time with the camera for a while.
It is soothing here, sitting next to the sound of moving water. I soon find myself just letting my mind go and knowing only this place and this body interacting with it. All disappears, but the experience of each luscious moment.

I love the flow of the water in this spot. There are so many different sounds as I listen. It swirls through the small canyons that it has made graceful. I record one of the several channels….
In all of these decades I have never tired of cavorting naked in this place.

I am on the forum of FreeRangeNaturism.com often, if you would like to converse.

What a neat place, and one super thing about it is that you can be naked with no precautions! And you added a new feature to your post…..a video! I am hoping that the coming year is a good one for you both.

Your post on Reddington Pass brought back great memories of a visit we made to Tucson. I was able to spend some time naked in the sun at Tanque Verde Falls which I believe is very close to where you posted. I have followed your posts for some time and always enjoy the diversion from the midwest suburbia where I live. I love the southwest for many reasons. Living free in nature is a gift that you demonstrate so well. I hope to get back to your area someday soon and experience the joy of a nude walk in the sun.
Best, Jeff
